Questions

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days free. You enter a card at signup, but nothing is charged until day 8, when it's $79 for the year. Cancel before then (cardtap.me/edit, then Manage billing) and you're never charged.

Do the people I meet need an app?

No. Their phone camera reads the QR, your page opens in the browser, and "Save my contact" adds you to their contacts. Works on iPhone and Android.

How do I put the QR on my lock screen?

After you pay, your page has buttons to download your lock-screen image in dark, yellow or light. Save it to Photos and set it as your wallpaper.

Can I change my page later?

Yes. Go to cardtap.me/edit, enter your email, and we send you a link to edit your name, title, photo and links. The page name stays fixed so your printed QR codes keep working.

What if I stop paying?

It renews yearly until you cancel, from cardtap.me/edit (Manage billing). If you cancel, your page stays up through the year you paid for, then goes offline.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email [email protected] within 30 days of any payment and we refund it in full (except for pages shut down for abuse).

Who sees the contacts people send me?

You do. They're emailed to you and listed in your CSV. cardtap never texts them or sells their info.
